1. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your EmbroidOps subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with EmbroidOps within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@embroidops.com and we will issue a full refund.
3. No refunds after 7 days
After the 7-day period, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused subscription time. You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as extended service outages or billing errors. Contact us at embroidops@gmail.com to discuss your situation.

Email embroidops@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.
